A typical diss track is a blatant disrespectful song directed towards a particular individual.For example we all know who Ether is about. Same goes for Hit em Up. The person the song is intended for should have no doubt the song is about him. And that goes for the listeners too, they should definitely know who the diss record is about.
On the song False Profits J.Cole uses no names but it seems the shoe would fit pretty good on Ye’s feet. But at the same time I can think of 5 other rappers who can also fit into the description.
Some people said that verse 2 was directed towards Wale who obviously took offense as he dropped a response track the following day. They were both seen the following day sitting court side at a Washington Bullets game.

The 2nd Annual Its Just Rap Fest will take place Friday July 8th inside the Studio at Warehouse Live located in downtown Houston, Tx. This show will feature live performances from the best independent entertainers in game from musicians to comedians.
The doors to this Red Carpet Event open at 8pm and the show starts at 9. There will be artist coming from all Denver, and Chicago to represent on the Its Just Rap Stage. The event sponsors will be on site to assist in this celebration. Kopic Media will be taking photos on the red carpert. SlaughtaHouze Radio will be in the building conducting on the spot interviews for the online radio site. Also Inaudible Rukus Podcast will be reporting on the event as well.
The Its Just Rap Show is a platform giving independent artist from all around the world a chance to showcase their talents in front of a diverse music loving crowd.
